Here's one of our Top places to eat when we go to Hawaii. "Yakiniku Hiroshi", is a Japanese style Yukiniku with great beef from "Kobe Beef". They originally used to have "Kobe Beef" from Japan, which is one of the famous beef produced in Japan. Now this beef is not allow in the US, and now they are using beef similar to "Kobe Beef" made out of Idaho by Snake River Farms.

It's dinning area is one of the most unique spots in Waikiki, if you are lucky you may see or meet someone famous from Japan eating here. Their walls are sign with famous people all over the world. The last time we were there, we got to meet Kazuo Matsui of the NewYork Mets at that time and now Houston Astros. We got to talk a little bit and also got an autograph before we left.

Dished we recommend for you to try when you get there, "Yukke" (Fresh Raw meat mixed a Raw Egg), "Pork Kimchee" (Pork mixed with Kimchee and Mayonese), "Beef Tongue", "USDA Thinly Sliced Prime Rib Eye", "US Kobe Bara", "US Kobe Kalbi", and "US Kobe Toro Kalbi".
